Mindfulness-based Executive Coaching

Let's face it, work can be really stressful. When we're stressed we lose focus and have difficulty dealing with those who work for and with us. This then bleeds into our personal lives and all of sudden we become irritable with our family and friends.
The bottom line: We're just not as effective as we could be both personally and professionaly.

In the workplace, mindfulness can be seen as awareness training, stress-reduction, and learning how to manifest the personal and professional goals you want in your life. Learning and practicing mindfulness is about increasing your present moment awareness intrapersonally and interpersonally. Simply put, we move through a process of exploration and guided daily practices around observing thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviors. It is important to note that mindfulness is a practice, and takes effort. That is why support is so important.

In approaching companies, we support executives and employees in becoming more present to be more effective and achieve maximum results and success. People can learn formal structured and informal day-to-day practices to weave into daily life.
